Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Apr 04 (ANI): A group of students from the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University staged a dramatic protest, calling out their support to the state farmers who have been protesting at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar from days now. The students demanded issue of drought relief funds for the protesting farmers and resolvement of the Cauvery water row, through a nukkad natak inside their college campus.The farmers, who have been demanding a drought relief package of Rs. 40,000 Crores from the Centre, have been sitting at the Jantar Mantar from past 23 days.
