Chandigarh (Haryana), Apr 03 (ANI): Chandigarh Hoteliers and Restaurant Association on Monday staged a protest against the Supreme Court’s verdict to close all liquor shops along the national and state highways across the country. The protesters said the apex court should relook into the decision as thousands of people are working at these places to earn their livelihood. The Supreme Court on last Friday ordered to ban on the sale of liquor within 500 metres of highways across the country.
