New Delhi, Apr 03 (ANI): A Delhi court on Monday extended the police custody of Unitech Ltd managing directors Ajay Chandra and Sanjay Chandra by three more days in an alleged fraud case related to a Gurugram-based housing project. Giving details, a complainant said it’s a positive step for the investors as for the first time any action has been taken against the builders. He further hoped that justice will prevail and their suffering will be compensated. The Unitech promoters were arrested late on Friday by the economic offences wing of the Delhi Police in a case related to delay in delivery of housing project Anthea Floors in Gurugram.
