Kathmandu, Nepal, May 27 (ANI): Pushpa Kamal Dahal resigned from his post as Prime Minister of Nepal on Wednesday. The resignation took over the headlines of newspapers published from Kathmandu.The main stream and the highly circulated newspapers of Nepal somewhat glorified the 10 months tenure of Prime Minister Dahal, whereas some opined that he could have stepped down after the second phase of polls. Dahal addressed the nation and announced his resignation and termed it as a successful tenure. Though remarkable achievements were achieved during Dahal’s tenure he is not able to complete the destined task.With the resignation of Prime Minister, Nepal has already has started the process to elect new premiere. Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba is expected to be the 40th Prime Minister of Nepal.
