Patna, June 29 (ANI): The Bihar Police officials were caught on camera playing games and browsing their phones during a seminar on drug menace in Patna. The seminar was aimed at improving the police personnel’s professional competences and skills in fighting drug trafficking. Meanwhile, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was also present at the seminar.
