People prepare to celebrate Eid-al-Fitr after strike relaxed for 12 hours

Darjeeling (West Bengal), June 26 (ANI): While the indefinite strike was relaxed on Monday morning, residents of West Bengal’s Darjeeling celebrated the holy festival of Eid-al-Fitr, though as a low key affair. While security forces remained vigilant on the roads and public areas of the hill town, the locals geared up for the festivities. From children to adults, all were seen preparing for the celebrations.
