Rayagada (Odisha), July 17 (ANI): After heavy rains triggered flood like situation, people in Odisha’s Rayagada district struggled to carry on with their routine tasks as flash floods threw normal life out of gear. Meanwhile, residents alleged apathy on part of public representatives. The Indian Air Force engaged four helicopters in relief work and food packets were being airdropped. Heavy rains over the last few days have inundated parts of Odisha. Flood water entered houses in low-lying areas, leaving residents stranded.
