Vijayapura (Karnataka), July 17 (ANI): In a horrific incident of public shaming, villagers of Hitanli paraded a man in a ladies skirt for allegedly misbehaving with a woman in Karnataka’s Vijayapura. To punish the accused, villagers shaved off half of his hair and mustaches and paraded him in a skirt with a garland made of slippers.
