Katihar (Bihar), Aug 15 (ANI): A bridge in Katihar of Bihar swept away due to heavy floods in the Mahananda River on Monday, affecting railway operations in many states. While many trains have been terminated, some remained stranded and several others were departed from Katihar railway station. The flood fury has thrown normal life out of gear in various parts of Bihar and Assam. Three columns of Army were deployed in flood-hit Katihar district for the relief and rescue operation.
