New Delhi, Aug 18 (ANI): Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Raveesh Kumar on Friday said India welcomed the United States decision of designating Kashmiri terrorist outfit Hizbul Mujahideen as a “foreign terrorist organisation”. Kumar added that the terrorist outfit is carrying out most of the terror attacks in Kashmir and is also responsible for killing of innocent lives. He further said the decision reflects the joint commitment of India and US to firmly deal with terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. Nearly two months before, Hizbul Mujahideen Chief Syed Salahuddin was also designated as a global terrorist.
