Over 6 coaches of Kalinga Utkal Express derail at Khatauli

Khatauli (Uttar Pradesh)/New Delhi, Aug 19 (ANI): Atleast six coaches of train number 18477 Kalinga Utkal Express derailed at Khatauli, Muzzafarnagar, in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday evening. Giving details of the accident, Northern Railways Chief Public Relation Officers (CRPO) said over six coaches of train have been derailed. There are injuries to a few passengers. Muzaffarnagar District Megistrate will reach the train derailment site. The Northern Railways CRPO added that first priority is to give medical assistance to the injured passengers. National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and other rescue teams have mobilised for rescue operation at Khatauli railway station.
