Leh (Jammu and Kashmir), Aug 21 (ANI): President Ramnath Kovind on Monday presented ‘The President’s colours’ to Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre in Leh district of Jammu and Kashmir. A ceremonial parade was conducted as per the highest military traditions of the Indian Army which was attended by a spectrum of civil and military dignitaries. President Kovind said the visit to Leh, in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, was his first outside Delhi since assuming office. He also dedicated the visit to the armed forces of the country.
