Jaipur (Rajasthan), Sep 13 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday waived off the six-month “cooling off” period for granting divorce under the Hindu law. Speaking on this, former National Commission for Women chief, on Wednesday, said there should not be a long procedure when the divorce is bound to happen. She further added that both parties can be relieved if the procedure is short.
