Deoria (U.P.), Sep 26 (ANI): In yet another incident of deteriorating law and order in politically-crucial Uttar Pradesh, a Government doctor was shot dead by a gang of unidentified assailants in Deoria’s Baghochghat on Monday. The doctor, identified as Abdul, was shot by four bike-borne hooligans outside a health dispensary in broad daylight.
