Surat (Gujarat), Sep 13 (ANI): Tension prevailed in Gujarat’s Surat on Tuesday night when members of the Patidar community allegedly set two buses on fire in Hirabaug Chowk area. Furious over arrest of their community members for disrupting a Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha event Patidars created ruckus in the city. Furious supporters also began pelting stones on police, forcing the police to resort to a lathicharge. Patidar youths protested against Vijay Tankar Yuva Sammelan organised by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha.
