New Delhi, Oct 17 (ANI): On the evening of Dhanteras on Tuesday, the national capital witnessed major traffic snarls in most of the prominent routes. According to the Hindu rituals, Dhanteras is considered auspicious day for purchasing valuable items, specially gold and jewellery.
