New Delhi, Dec 14 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday suggested that the Parliamentary and state assembly elections should be held simultaneously across the nation. The Prime Minister put forward his suggestion during an all-party meeting ahead of the winter session’s commencement in the national capital. He also requested the Oppostion for ‘cooperation’ in order to make this Parliament session a fruitful one. Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Ananth Kumar, said that several important decisions will be taken during the session that commences from Friday. Some of the subjects are: Supplementary Demand for Grants, Constitutional amendment Article 123- National Commission on Backward Classes constitutional status and Muslim Women’s Rights on Marriage 2017.
