Bhopal (MP), Dec 14 (ANI): Calling on to keep the fight for ‘women empowerment’ going, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, on Thursday, said daughters are not a ‘liability’ but an ‘asset’. Pledging to continue work towards making the womenfolk empowered, the Chief Minister lauded his Government-led initiatives which has proven worth across the state. CM Chouhan’s statements came days after MP assembly unanimously passed a bill awarding death sentence to accused in cases of rape and gangrape of girls below 12 years.
