Pooch (J and K), Jan 13 (ANI): BSF Jawans celebrated Lohri Festival at LoC Poonch Border today. The jawan were seen dancing to the tunes of some of the famous songs. Patriotic songs topped the playlist as bonfire offered warmth to them. Lohri, primarily celebrated in the Punjab region, marks the end of the winter season. Bonfire and folk songs are a major part of the celebration and a puja parikrama (prayers) around the bonfire is performed followed by the distribution of prasad.
