Srinagar (J&K), Jan 12 (ANI): Improvised Explosive Device was detected near HMT road on the outskirts of Srinagar on Saturday. The Bomb disposal unit reached the spot to disable the armed device. IED claimed lives of four policemen in Sopore last week when it went off in a busy market. Inspector General of Police Muneer Khan, earlier, said the police is planning and analysing the possibilities to counter IED blasts in the Valley.
