Jammu (J and K), Jan 23 (ANI): The world famous holy shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi witnessed the season’s first snowfall in Jammu on Tuesday. The shrine was covered with fresh snow, while rainfall continued to lash the region. Both the tracks remained operational for the pilgrims, while helicopter services from Katra to Sanjhi-Chhat was suspended due to dense fog and inclement weather. Being a weekend, large number of devotees from the state also rushed to the Shrine to pay obeisance.
