Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Jan 17 (ANI): Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman donned G-suit and undertook sortie in IAF’s Sukhoi-30 MKI fighter jet on Wednesday. The Defence Minister took stock of operational preparedness and combat capabilities of the Indian Air Force (IAF). The aim behind her visit is to review different functions of the warship. Recently, Sitharaman took a review of world’s biggest naval warship, INS Vikramaditya in Goa. Sukhoi is regarded as the best fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force. Sitharaman is the first woman to become full-time Defence Minister of India.
