New Delhi, Feb 13 (ANI): Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday stated that all energy producing countries want good ties with India. Pradhan said India will improve its bargaining power as a consumer, which will eventually affect prices. Pradhan’s statement came in while addressing ANI’s India Infracon 2018, which was held at the national capital on Tuesday. Currently, India is world’s third largest oil consumer.
