Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has approved the construction of City Civil Courts in Amaravati. Talking about the government’s initiative, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (MA & UD) minister P Narayana said that the construction will be finished in eight months, and then it will be initially used as High court building. The minister added that for this, the CCC buildings construction will be completed within eight months. Accordingly, until the High court construction is completed by UK partners Norman Fosters, the City Civil Courts building will be used. A separate high court for Andhra Pradesh has been a critical issue in the post bifurcation scenario. The Andhra Pradesh High Court judges visited Amaravati and gave their suggestions on the issue.
