Odisha, Feb 20 (ANI): Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday visited debt-ridden farmer’s home, who killed himself by consuming poison. The farmer allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison in Bargarh district. The deceased identified as Khemsagar Biswal had borrowed lakh of rupees from private money lenders to marry his daughter. However, he failed to repay the amount due to massive crop failure for the last three years, said the family of the victim. He consumed poison on February 15 and was admitted to Bargarh district headquarters hospital in a critical condition.
