Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 13 (ANI): The Lucknow University has declared a holiday on 14th February and issued an advisory to students to not to roam around in the University premises on Valentine’s Day. On the issue the University’s Vice Chancellor said, “Our University is in the middle of the town, therefore to prevent any mishap by outside people, the advisory has been issued.” However, the advisory has drawn strong criticism from the students.
