Kawardha (Chhattisgarh), Feb 13 (ANI): A minor girl was excommunicated and her head was half shaved over alleged incident of eve teasing in Kawardha of Chhattisgarh. The decision was given by the panchayat of her own tribe. The girl was molested by a drunken man, but instead of punishing the culprit, the panchayat gave decision against the victim in the name of social norms. A case has been registered under the Atrocity act. The culprit Arjun Yadav has been detained.
