Shamli (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 20 (ANI): An accused of a murder case surrendered before Jhinjhana police in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district as he feared of being killed in encounter. The surrendered accused, who walked up to the police station with folded hands, also promised that he would not commit any crime. Reportedly, more than a dozen alleged criminals have given written submissions to the Shamli police that they would never indulge in any lawbreaking activities in future.
