Saharanpur (UP), Feb 22 (ANI): Saharanpur District Magistrate allegedly threatened panchayat executive officer over negligence in work. DM PK Pandey allegedly threatened the officer to slit his throat. In a video, that went viral on social media, Pandey can be seen evaluating works of officers and he later gets angry over shortcomings in an officer’s work.
