Surat (Gujarat), Feb 15 (ANI): A local social group arranged a mass marriage function for 25 specially-abled tribal couples in Gujarat’s Surat on Wednesday. The specially-abled brides and grooms were dressed in colourful costumes and sheeny jewellery as priests chanted holy verses. “They have given a platform to 25 differently-abled couples to become self-dependent in the society,” said a groom, Laxman. Besides organising a beautiful and fat wedding, but the group also gifted to the couples, basic commodities for the beginning of new lives, like a bed, pair of chairs, kitchen essentials, and cupboards.
