Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Feb 14 (ANI): Wreath laying ceremony of Havaldar Rakesh Chandra Raturi was performed with honour in Dehradun’s Badowala village on Wednesday. 44 year old Havaldar Raturi succumbed to injuries in a terror attack on the Sunjuwan military station which took place on Jammu-Lakhanpur Highway. The fallen soldier Havaldar is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter. Earlier on Tuesday, mortal remains of the slain soldier were brought to his hometown.
