Saharanpur (UP), Feb 22 (ANI): Saharanpur District Magistrate on Thursday clarified his stand on a video that went viral. In his statement, Pandey said the video has been wrongly edited to present a wrong picture of him. He further added that he meant to refer to cut-throat competition. In the video PK Pandey can be seen allegedly threatening panchayat executive officer over negligence in work. PK Pandey can be seen saying, ‘hum gala kaat denge tumhara’.
