New Delhi, Mar 14 (ANI): Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Ananth Kumar today said Congress is disintegrating. He further added that the party is trying to move away from the matter by hosting dinners. “Congress, which once used to be a mainstream party, is now becoming a marginal party in the governance of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi,” Kumar added.
