Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir), Apr 24 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Rural Development Abdul Haq Khan on Tuesday informed that an amendment has been brought to Criminal Law Ordinance 2018. It will enhance punishment to 20 years/ life imprisonment for sexual offences against women between 13 years to 60 years. He also announced death penalty for sexual offences against children up to age of 12. “Investigation of cases will be completed within two months and trial will be completed in six months,” he said.
