Kathua rape case: Victim’s family demands capital punishment for culprits

Udhampur (Jammu and Kashmir), Apr 16 (ANI): The parents of the minor Muslim nomadic girl, who was allegedly abducted, drugged, gangraped, tortured and killed demanded justice for their daughter and security for themselves as anything can happen to them. The father of the victim girl demanded capital punishment for the culprits. “We want justice, the culprits should be hanged. We feel the need for having security as anything can happen,” said victim’s father. “We just want justice for my daughter,” said victim’s mother. In Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district, an eight-year-old Muslim nomadic girl was allegedly abducted, drugged, gangraped, tortured and killed. After being missing for a week, her body was found on January 17.
