Amethi (UP), Apr 17 (ANI): Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scared to give speech in the Parliament. His statement came, when asked about the cash crunch going on in various states of the country. Speaking further, he said PM Modi has destroyed the banking system and he didn’t utter a word, when Nirav Modi fled away with thousands of crores.
