Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 17 (ANI): Bihar’s special vigilance unit raided senior officer Vivek Kumar’s residence in disproportionate assets case on April 16. He is SSP of Bihar’s Muzaffarpur. Raids are conducted for amassing assets more than his known sources of income. Large cache of demonetised currency and investment documents have been seized. Raids are underway at three properties of the officer since last evening. This is for the first time that raids have been conducted on a serving IPS officer in the state.
