Rachakonda (Telangana), May 31 (ANI): Two labourers identified as Santosh and Vijay were found unconscious in an under-construction manhole where they were working as daily wage labourers. The two men were declared dead on the spot. It is being suspected that they died of suffocation due to lack of oxygen in the manhole they were working in. The bodies of the labourers were brought out and shifted to the government hospital for post-mortem. A case has been registered and probe is underway to nab the person responsible.
