Bhopal/ Mumbai, May 30 (ANI): After 16 days the fuel prices went down, the Indian Oil Corporation limited (IOCL) released new petroleum price with a decrease of 60 paise in petrol and 59 paise in diesel. Hours later, a new price list was released which stated a mere 1 paise dip in the fuel costs. While IOCL blamed technical glitch for the major goof-up, the consumers have termed it a big joke.
