Karnataka results: Congress-JD(S) kept their MLAs as hostages, don’t have trust in them, says BJP

Bengaluru, May 17 (ANI): Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar on Thursday slammed Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) by saying that they don’t have faith in their MLAs as they have held them captive in a resort and are now scared of being exposed. He further asserted that whatever BJP has done in Karnataka is according to rule book. “It is important to note that the Congress party has kept their MLAs as hostages; their phones have been taken and all communication with them has been stopped. Their family members are complaining that they are not even aware in which room these MLAs have been kept. They are not being allowed to view news channels. This does not happen in a free society. This only highlights that the Congress does not trust their own MLAs,” said Javadekar.
