Patna (Bihar), May 29 (ANI): Union Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad while addressing the gathering in Patna said defeated and tired people in the democracy cannot stop the caravan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “Those who are defeated cannot run the country by filing PIL (Public interest litigation) in the court. I want to say this honestly”, said RS Prasad. “People who are defeated and tired cannot stop the caravan of Narendra Modi”, Union Minister added.
