Ballia (UP), May 22 (ANI): Amid the increasing number of rape incidents across the country, Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Ramashankar Vidyarthi made a controversial remark on Tuesday saying women and men should dress according to their body structures. He said that god has given different structure to women and men and they should wear clothes accordingly, so that there should be no question of obscenity. He further said that minors should be barred from using mobile phones.
