New Delhi, May 25 (ANI): 13th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Inter-State Council (ISC) held in the national capital on Friday. The meeting was held under the helm of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh. Union Railways and Coal Minister Piyush Goyal with other dignitaries also attended the meeting.
