‘Why BJP Govt not accepting the special status?’: CM Naidu

Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), May 23 (ANI): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in his latest speech hit the central government for not fulfilling their promises. He said, “Modi gave many assurances to people of Andhra Pradesh, as prime ministerial candidate in Tirupati. Now five crore people are asking for promises of BJP. The TDP MPs are the credentials of the unprecedented fight for status. Whyis the BJP government not accepting the special status for the rest of the state? TDP has given no confidence motion against central government that is why country has responded. The Congress has pulled out the fabrications and now the BJP has cheated. Patel gave Rs 2500 crores to the statue and donated Rs 1500 crores to our capital. The Polavaram project is looking at small agenda and no matter how many barriers it faces it won’t stop.”
