Srinagar (J&K), Jun 24 (ANI): Two top Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists including Shakur Dar, Divisional Commander of LeT were killed in an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Kulgam on Sunday. A terrorist with links to Pakistan was also surrendered before the forces, informed Inspector General of Police, J&K SP Pani.
