Jalpaiguri (West Bengal), Jun 25 (ANI): Officers of Belakoba forest range seized elephant ivory and arrested four persons including civil engineer in Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal on Sunday. The accused persons are residents of Assam and West Bengal. According to the officers, they received secret information on the basis of which they nabbed accused persons. The plan was to smuggle the elephants ivory to Nepal.
