Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), June 02 (ANI): Television actor Raja Chaudhary was seen misbehaving with people and police officials after being allegedly drunk. In a footage received by ANI, the actor was seen using derogatory language while talking to police men. A case has been registered under his name and he has been sent for medical test.
