New Delhi, June 29 (ANI): Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat met youth from Kashmir in the national capital on Friday. General Bipin Rawat talked about the importance of Kashmiri children to see the world outside Kashmir. He emphasizes that it is necessary for children to see places like Delhi, without any army or bunkers. “It’s time for Kashmir to focus on its development. The scenario of Kashmir can only be improved if kids and their parents help us,” he said.
