Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Jun 26 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan attended an event ‘Save Democracy’ on Tuesday. The motive of the programme was to condemn the emergency imposed by the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Remembering the black day in history, CM Chouhan recollected his younger days during the Emergency. He recalled the time when he was apprehended by the police at his apartment and thrashed for protesting against the then Prime Minister.
