Kulgam (Jammu and Kashmir), Jun 24 (ANI): Encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Kulgam’s Chadder area on Sunday. Two terrorists have been killed and one has surrendered so far, according to Jammu and Kashmir’s DGP SP Vaid. Dreaded terrorist Shakur Dar, Divisional Commander of LeT was also killed in the encounter. Further details are awaited.
